These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Anonymous website, including reading our content, posting comments, playing games and using our Shop. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms of use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Anonymous, the news website at anonymousgroupinc.com (the “Site”), published by Anonymous Group Inc (“we,” “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

Readers can comment on stories and react to and share them. By posting a comment, you agree to follow these rules:
- Text only: comments may contain text only. Links, images and attachments are not allowed.
- Be respectful: no abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination or personal attacks.
- Keep it clean: a profanity filter is applied automatically, and attempts to get around it are not allowed.
- Stay lawful: no defamation, no illegal content and no sharing of other people’s private information.
- No spam: no advertising, promotion or repeated posts.
- Be yourself: do not impersonate any person or organization.
All comments are moderated. We may review, edit for length, decline, hide or remove any comment at our discretion, and we may block users who repeatedly break these rules. Comments reflect the views of their authors, not of Anonymous.
By posting a comment or sending us tips, photos, videos or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, publish and distribute that material in connection with our journalism, with credit where appropriate. We are not obliged to publish anything you send us, and we verify submitted material before publishing it.
5. Intellectual property
The articles, photos, videos, galleries, games, graphics, logos and other materials on the Site (“Content”) are owned by Anonymous Group Inc or used under license from their owners, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view our Content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Unless we give written permission, you may not:
- Copy, republish, sell, license or distribute our Content in full or in substantial part.
- Remove copyright, attribution or other notices from our Content.
- Present our Content as your own or suggest that we endorse you.

“Anonymous,” “Anonymous Group Inc” and related names and logos are trademarks or brand names used by Anonymous Group Inc. You may not use them in a way that suggests a connection with or endorsement by us without permission.
6. AI-generated illustrations
Some images on the Site are illustrations created with the help of artificial intelligence. These are labeled “AI-generated illustration | AIAC” in their captions. They are illustrations, not photographs of real events. AI is never used to depict or alter real people. Read more in our Editorial Policy.
7. Third-party links and our affiliate Shop
The Site may link to or embed content from third-party websites and services, including social media platforms and retailers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Affiliate disclosure: our Shop uses affiliate links. If you buy a product through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the retailer, not with Anonymous, and the retailer is responsible for the product, pricing, delivery, returns and customer service. Prices and availability may change without notice.
8. Advertising and sponsored content
The Site shows advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense and other third-party advertising partners, and may include sponsored content. Ads are labeled “Advertisement” and sponsored content is labeled “Sponsored.”
We do not endorse products or services shown in advertisements, and any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them. Advertisers have no influence over our journalism, as explained on our Ownership and Funding page.
9. Games and interactive features
Games and interactive features are provided free of charge for entertainment only. They may be changed, suspended or removed at any time. You must not cheat, exploit errors or use them in a way that disrupts the Site or other users.

Content on the Site, including in our Finance and Parenting & Family sections, is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances before making decisions.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to make our Content accurate and up to date, and we correct errors as described in our Corrections Policy. However, news can change quickly, and we do not guarantee that all Content is complete, current or free of errors at all times.
The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anonymous Group Inc and its owners and staff from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your comments or other material you submit, or your misuse of the Site.
14. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT and include:
- A description of the work you believe has been infringed.
- The web address of the material on our Site.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review all notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
15. Termination
We may restrict or end your access to the Site, including your ability to comment, if you break these Terms or misuse the Site.
16. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Anonymous Group Inc is registered. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
